The property’s most distinctive feature is the half mile long, lake on the southern section of the Ranch.
Covering 11-acres, the Lake presents opportunities for limitless activities. Paddleboard, kayak, swim, and of course… fish. The pure, clean water is fed by a well deep below the center of the lake.
A well established population of trophy rainbow trout thrive in the cool, aerated waters reaching depths of over 40 feet.
On the east shoreline, a shimmering waterfall cascades over a sharp rock face. Watched over by striking bronze sculptures of a bugling bull elk and curious grizzly bear cub. Capable of pushing as much as 1800 gallons per minute, the waterfall helps to maintain temperature and water levels.
The Boathouse is the base for activities on the lake. Large double barn doors slide open at either end of the fully equipped, open space. Inside you’ll find gear and tackle storage, full kitchen, bathroom, cast iron stove, even an ice fishing hole. Outside is ample space for play, relaxation or entertaining on wide wooden decking. Enjoy great summer meals cooked in the large
forno oven. Though the Boathouse appears to be floating, it actually sits on a hydraulic lift. The system allows the structure to raise and lower adjusting to water levels and allowing easy access for boats, water-sports equipment, and amphibious vehicles into and out of the structure through double sliding
barn doors slide open at either end.
